We’re pleased to share that three homelessness qualifications are now open for applications, covering frontline practice, outreach work and service management.

Thanks to funding from MHCLG, places on our July cohorts are fully funded.

Co-developed with the Chartered Institute of Housing, these programmes are designed to help you build practical skills, deepen your knowledge and take the next step in your career in homelessness services.

We’re especially proud to be launching the first-ever cohort of the CIH Level 4 Certificate in Homelessness Service Management, helping housing managers to meet the new Competence and Conduct Standard, coming into effect in October 2026 under the Social Housing Regulation Act.

Our qualifications

CIH Level 3 Certificate in Providing Homelessness Services
Ideal for frontline staff working directly with people experiencing or at risk of homelessness who want to strengthen their practice and improve outcomes.

CIH Level 3 Certificate in Rough Sleeping Outreach Services

CIH Level 4 Certificate in Homelessness Service Management

Places on these fully funded July cohorts are limited. We’re inviting one application per organisation for this intake, with more cohorts planned later in the year. Applications close on 3 July.
