The Women’s Diversion Fund is now open, offering around £26 million in grant funding to voluntary and community sector organisations between January 2027 and March 2029. The fund aims to support projects that divert women away from further contact with the criminal justice system, with a particular focus on reducing the number of women in prison.
Applications are open until 24 July 2026, with funding decisions expected in late September.
