Join us in London as we bring together leading voices from across health, housing, and social care to address the deepening health inequalities faced by people experiencing homelessness.
With three in five homelessness day services seeing more people with physical health needs and almost 90% reporting a rise in mental health issues (Support to End Homelessness 2024), it’s clear that health and homelessness must be tackled together.
Be the first to hear findings from our 2025 Unhealthy State of Homelessness report, with insights from people with lived experience, policy experts, and health professionals.
Throughout the day, choose from a range of breakout sessions tackling key issues—from the challenges of ageing and frailty to harm reduction, brain injury, mental health access, period literacy and more. We’ll also explore what the NHS 10-Year Plan means for homelessness, and how to push for better services in your local area.
This is a unique opportunity to learn, connect, and share practice with professionals across health and homelessness sectors. Whether you're working in the frontline or shaping policy, this is your chance to share ideas, hear what’s working across the country, and shape healthier futures for people experiencing homelessness.
