A four-part training programme that aims to inspire and equip staff with knowledge, confidence and practical tools for managing their own wellbeing, as well as providing methods for how to contribute to a workplace culture of positive wellbeing practice.
Who is this training programme for?
Frontline workers who wish to develop their own resilience and methods of managing their wellbeing.
What will you learn?
This programme will be delivered by a qualified mental health professional.
This wellbeing programme will enable delegates to:
- Identify and explore key areas for developing wellbeing and resilience
- Explore the impact of stress and secondary trauma
- Learn techniques for counteracting the negative impact of stress and secondary trauma
- Explore psychology around managing priorities and boundaries
- Look at practical methods of effectively managing priorities and boundaries
- Begin to implement the learning and reflect on your wellbeing journey.

Criteria for booking
- You must be currently working in a frontline role
- You must seek your line manager's approval for funding and attendance on the course
- You must be committed as far as foreseeable possible to attend all scheduled course dates on the programme

Cancellation policy
The deadline for cancelling your place on this programme is: 1 April 2026, 12 noon. After this date the full payment will be due.

Bookings for larger groups
This course can be booked by staff teams of up to 20 people on dates that are convenient for your organisation. It can be delivered either through live interactive sessions online or in person.
