We invite you to join a 1 hour webinar to help navigate the key considerations before and during a capital project for the Ending Homelessness in Communities Fund.

The webinar will take place on Monday 9th March at midday.

The session will be led by Roger Clark, a highly experienced sector leader with 26 years across homelessness and social care organisations including Depaul, The Passage and West London Mission, where he served as CEO. For the past three years, Roger has been a Senior Associate at Homeless Link. Roger brings hands-on experience of leading complex capital projects, most notably a £18 million, 2.5-year refurbishment of The Passage, and has worked extensively with architects, quantity surveyors and other property professionals.

During the session, Roger will guide applicants through the key issues that can determine the success of a capital project, including:
