This Focus Group is the second in our series for Day Services and aims to bring together a small group of Frontline workers to hear from you about your experiences working in Day Services and to learn what you think Homeless Link can do to support your work.

Over the next year, Homeless Link are working with Day Services across England to support them to maximise their potential to deliver excellent services. We will be doing this by bringing services together and by co-creating a set of shared principles that outline the vision of what a good Day Service looks like.

To start this piece of work, we're keen to involve as many people working in, leading and accessing Day Services as possible to find out more about your key priorities, successes and challenges.

The session will take the form of a group conversation exploring the things that you think make Day Services unique and will give you a chance to share your experiences and meet other people working in similar environments.

Homeless Link's National Practice Development Team gather and share information on all aspects on how to run a great service from the overall approach you take (such as strengths-based practice), responding to different people and circumstances, to how to best support your workforce.

Homeless Link is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion. We must recognise and value differences, as well as recognising and redressing inequality and inequity. We want to ensure our attendees are able to feel engaged by our content, so if you have any requirements regarding accessibility and more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
