Conflict is a normal part of everyday life. It manifests in a range of contexts in the homelessness sector, from challenging conversations with team members through to supporting clients in crisis.

Part of our Leadership Support programme, this 2.5 hour webinar on conflict management gives managers, senior leaders and CEOs from voluntary community homelessness sector organisations an opportunity to consider:

  • what conflict is and the different types of conflict;
  • how they as individuals view and process conflict;
  • some methods and frameworks for managing conflict;
  • practical applications of the methods to the homelessness leadership context.

Attendees will have an opportunity to workshop how they would apply the learnings from the webinar to a range of real-life homelessness scenarios.
