Key to effective leadership and getting the best out of people is creating a culture of trust and freedom. But this can be tricky to do in practice, and it may mean stepping out of our comfort zones and considering new ways to approach managing organisations, teams and people.
Part of our Leadership Support programme, this 2.5 hour webinar on creating a culture of trust and freedom gives managers, senior leaders and CEOs from voluntary homelessness sector organisations an opportunity to consider:
- what a happy workplace looks like;
- what pre-approval is and how it can be used to create a culture of trust;
- the benefits of celebrating mistakes;
- how playing to individuals’ strengths can increase productivity; and
- how to take a coaching style to managing people.
Attendees will have an opportunity to workshop the various topics covered.
