London PLUS is hosting introductory workshops to equip professionals with key systems principles and how to apply them within your team.
The sessions are funded by London Councils so are free to attend.
The workshop will include:
- What systems thinking is and why it's useful.
- The structures and ways of thinking which lead to issues within your service using the iceberg model to recognise areas for improvement.
- Networking opportunities with professionals in the sector.
