This session will cover an introduction to what social investment is, how it differs from traditional grant funding, and how it can sit alongside other income sources.
The session will also showcase key funding opportunities from Social Investment Business and include real-life insights from homelessness organisations that have successfully used social investment to grow and improve their services.
What we’ll cover:
- What social investment is
- Reach Fund - grants to help organisations become investment-ready
- Community Builders Fund - loans from £100k and £1.5m for UK charities and social enterprises
- Energy Resilience Fund - blended funding package of loan and grant to strengthen energy resilience for eligible charities and social enterprises in England
