This discussion group is for anyone with an interest in supporting people leaving prison.

Preventing homelessness on release from prison has long been a significant challenge and a range of factors can lead to crucial opportunities being missed.

As part of our good practice incubator project, Homeless Link is looking to identify and develop some of the key practices that can improve the experiences of prison leavers.

This discussion group aims to begin this process by identifying significant moments, sharing the most promising practices and thinking about how we can develop them further.

Attendees include people with lived experience of the criminal justice system, professionals from prison and probation, homelessness service providers, local authority commissioners and housing options workers.
