Rough sleeping in the UK remains alarmingly high, with thousands of people still without a safe place to stay each night. In June 2025, an estimated 8,732 people were sleeping rough, a 13% increase since March and 5% higher than the same time last year, according to the Rough Sleeping Data Framework.
This conference brings together people from across the homelessness sector to look at how we can change this picture. We’ll explore the government's new homelessness strategy, The National Plan to End Homelessness, and share practical approaches to preventing rough sleeping and what's working in reducing long-term homelessness.
