Join our Practice Forum for managers in supported housing services (inclusive of hostels and other supported accommodation).
The forum will be held on a quarterly basis, with this session focused on how we can ensure the intake process (how someone is welcomed into a service) is trauma-informed. Using our new animation, we will reflect on how changes to policies and procedures during the intake process, can impact how someone settles into their accommodation.
