Staff in the migrant sector often see people who are homeless, including people sleeping rough. There is a range of homelessness services available from local authorities, charities and community groups in London. Understanding these services, and how to access them, will help staff in both the migrant and homelessness sectors to work together effectively in order to provide holistic support to their clients.

Delegates will learn about: definitions and causes of homelessness; housing and support services available; how to find services; and how to develop links with the homelessness sector. There'll be small group activities, as well as time for questions and discussion. The course workbook includes links to further information and resources.
