Access to hostel accommodation is via Darlington Housing Options Team, call in at Town Hall or call: 01325 405333. Access to emergency accommodation is through Emergency Duty Team 01642 524552 Access to Move-on accommodation is by direct referral

Support and accommodation

Support offered

24 hour waking cover. Keywork system (maximum 6 residents per worker), meetings at least weekly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide assistance with housing management tasks alongside holistic support. Resettlement and follow up is provided.
