How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept referrals from East Suffolk Councils HRS system . HRS (Housing related services) 01473 265696.

Referral procedure

Referrals are made through the East Suffolk Council housing needs teams and details are uploaded onto their HRS (Housing related services) system . Young person is then contacted invited to look around and attend informal interview.

Support offered

Staff available on site 24/7. key worker system, regular meetings. Advice and support around independent living skills, budgeting, cooking, accessing benefits, training and employment. Referral to specialist services.
