Who do we help?

Young single homeless people and those threatened with homelessness. No local connection required. Priority to those who have already spent some time in supported housing.

Who we cannot help

Alcohol dependant individuals. Schedule 1 offenders/ People posing a risk to children. Sex offenders. Recent history of arson.

Referral procedure

Via Suffolk County Council - apply via the homeless link. An online application will need to be submitted, then if successful an interview will be offered, contact details are taken off form to arrange a time and date. Direct access no longer permitted.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Staff provides a key worker system, regular meetings. Advice and support around independent living skills, budgeting, cooking, accessing benefits, training Referral to specialist services if needed. Staff are available daily from 9 am -9 pm and on the phone 24/7.
