How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals via Leicester City Council single access point and Action Homeless duty desk.
Referral procedure
Referrals via our website or through Leicester City Council Housing Options Centre please Phone our Duty Desk Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm on 0116 2211857 or outside of office hours via our website we only accept self and agency referrals when we have a vacancy and do not hold waiting lists

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Our accommodation varies and up to 24 hour staff support, some is supported is daily 8am -10pm. Dedicated Homeless Service Teams. Strength and Coaching based support work, and group training on housing sustainment, ready for work and holistic support.
