Referral procedure

All Referrals Are Made Via Leicestershire County Council Placements Team and has to be made through a professional.

Support offered

Project is staffed 24/7. Support staff are available during daytime hours and concierge/night staff work the evenings and weekends. Each client is allocated their own support worker, working alongside a personalized support plan which is put in place at the start of their stay with us.
