Referral procedure

Please present to Somerset Council if you are homeless, who will assess your situation and refer you to the appropriate housing. If this is Arc, we will receive a refer form and be in touch to arrange an interview.

Support offered

Floating Support from Key Worker - weekly visits but 24hr telephone support available. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed weekly. Staff provide support around life skills, benefits, drug and alcohol use, and emotional welfare.
