How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Only accept agency referrals. Housing Options, Children's Services, Leaving Care and Integrated Front Door.
Referral procedure
16 - 25 year olds only. Referrals come through agency referrals only. Referrals made by email on provided referral phone. Office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Accommodation discussion with young people to ascertain suitability and references sought..

Support and accommodation
Support offered
Staff available Mon-Fri 10am-5pm in dispersed tenancies, Double cover in all other projects 24/7. key worker system, with weekly keywork meetings. Support plan drawn up during initial assessment, regular reviews. Staff offer counselling and support with welfare rights, training and employment, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and other life skills. Varies according to service with services offering intensive to low support packages, all tailored to meet young persons’ requirements. We have residents groups in the Drop In which provides leisure, educational and other activities. We use this and other meetings to engage and consult with young people.
