How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Only accept agency referrals. Housing 18+ Children’s services under 18. EDT.

Referral procedure

Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview. Require background information from referral agency and references. For 10 bed emergency accommodation- - referrals 24/7 via Agencies and EDT.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

5 staff, available Mon-Fri 10am-5pm in dispersed tenancies, Double cover in all other projects 24/7. key worker system, with weekly keywork meetings. Support plan drawn up during initial assessment, regular reviews. Staff offer counselling and support with welfare rights, training and employment, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and other life skills. Varies according to service. Seven services offering intensive to low support packages, all tailored to meet young persons’ requirements. We have twice weekly residents groups in the Drop In which provides leisure, educational and other activities. We use this and other meetings to engage and consult with young people.
