Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Referral form must be completed alongside reference. Risk assessment completed at interview.

Support offered

4 support workers, 2 night attendants, admin staff and 2 managers. Staff are on-site 24/7, 365 days a year including awake night attendants and sleep-in cover from support workers.
