Accept self referrals or referrals from any agency. Accept referrals direct from prison. Most referrals come from Stonepillow.

Phone or call in Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or write. Application form. Assessment. Require proof of ID and benefit entitlements.

1 full-time, 4 part time staff. Staff available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, emergency on-call system. Compulsory keywork system, frequency of meetings varies. Support plans with agreed outcomes reviewed every 3 months.
