Referral agencies

Referrals are only accepted from the Housing Services Team at BCP Council

Referral procedure

Application form via council-led SP Hub. Interview with support needs and risk assessments.

Support offered

No staff on site. Each resident allocated a support worker. 24 hour access to New Leaf Support using equipment in lounge or bedrooms. 2 staff offer support with social and life skills, independent living, obtaining benefits, gaining employment and realising training opportunities.
