Only accept referrals via Bournemouth Borough Council's homeless pathway.

Referral procedure

If a vacancy arises, assessment arranged via link meetings with Council homeless pathway.

Support offered

2 full time support workers and 1 part time. Staffed from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday. Night response team out of hours. Key worker system, weekly/fortnightly keywork meetings. Staff offer advice on benefits, employment, training, life skills and referrals to other agencies. In-house training in budgeting and cooking workshops.
