Single homeless men and women and rough sleepers. We accept people with mental health, substance and alcohol misuse support needs. Referrals via WF Housing Services ONLY

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Priority given to referrals via Waltham Forest Housing. Other agencies to refer via WF Housing.

Referral procedure

Email referrals@wfcbranches.org.uk or phone 9am-5.30pm. Application form to be completed by applicant (with support of referring agency). Initial interview. Require proof of identification, for example, passport, benefits letter. Applicant must be eligible for housing benefit.

Support and accommodation


Support offered

Support Team 9am to 5.30pm. Compulsory key-work with meetings at least weekly in the first 3 months. Clients are required to commit to working with Key-workers and with other agencies, as relevant to their support needs. In-house CBT Practitioner. Tailored, whole-person support, advocacy and referrals to relevant agencies e.g. primary healthcare and substance/alcohol rehab services. Opportunities for life-skills development, learning and educational courses in-house and through local organisations, and volunteering. Waking Night Concierges.
