Single homeless or in danger of becoming Homeless. Accommodation is suitable for single parents or couples. No Dogs due to single door entrance. All needs considered.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals must go through the HUB however all referrals are considered including self- referrals.

Referral procedure

Referral to the HUB a time-out or CYPS worker will then complete an assessment of needs, this will then be authorised by the HUB co-ordinator and referred to pathway 1 or pathway 2 accommodation. 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri.

Support offered

2 x full time support workers and 1 x Manager 22 hours. 2 staff members who specialise in Domestic Abuse and 2 who specialise in Mental Health. Staff cover 8am – 9pm. Staff on call from 9pm – 8am Concierge service 9pm - 4am Each service user allocated a key worker Support services we offer may include: - Understanding & maintaining your tenancy - Helping to make sure you can pay your rent & service charges & budget your money - Keeping your home safe & secure - Welfare benefits assistance - Emotional support with housing related issues - Help finding leisure opportunities, education, training & employment - help finding alternative accommodation - signposting to other services
