Who do we help?
Single homeless or in danger of becoming Homeless. Accommodation is suitable for single parents or couples. No Dogs due to single door entrance. All needs considered.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals must go through the HUB however all referrals are considered including self- referrals.
Referral procedure
Referral to the HUB a time-out or CYPS worker will then complete an assessment of needs, this will then be authorised by the HUB co-ordinator and referred to pathway 1 or pathway 2 accommodation. 9am – 5pm Mon - Fri.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
2 x full time support workers and 1 x Manager 22 hours. 2 staff members who specialise in Domestic Abuse and 2 who specialise in Mental Health.
Staff cover 8am – 9pm.
Staff on call from 9pm – 8am
Concierge service 9pm - 4am
Each service user allocated a key worker

charges & budget your money
- Keeping your home safe & secure
- Welfare benefits assistance
- Emotional support with housing related issues
- Help finding leisure opportunities, education, training & employment
- help finding alternative accommodation
- signposting to other services
