How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals must be made via South Gloucestershire Council's Housing Needs team.

Referral procedure

Phone Housing Needs Mon-Fri 8.45am-4.30pm. Homechoice Triage interview at South Gloucestershire Council. Supported Housing Application to Housing Access Service. If nominated to CEH, a further interview and risk assessment carried out at the Service.
