Young families and single homeless people aged 16-24 who have approached the local authority as homeless or at risk of homelessness. Local connection to South Gloucestershire required.

Who we cannot help

History of arson, violence or sex offence. Chemically dependent individuals.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals must be made via South Gloucestershire Council's Housing Needs team.

Referral procedure

Phone Housing Needs Mon-Fri 8.45am-4.30pm. Homechoice Triage interview at South Gloucestershire Council. Supported Housing Application to Housing Access Service. If nominated to CEH, a further interview and risk assessment carried out at the Service.

Staff provide waking cover 8am-11pm, sleeping cover overnight. key worker system with weekly meetings. Structured activity sessions.
