How to get a referral
Referral agencies
All referrals must be made via South Gloucestershire Council, Housing Access Service.
Referral procedure
Phone Temporary Accommodation Team Mon-Thurs 8.45am-4.30pm, Fri 8.45am-4.30pm. Interview and risk assessment carried out by Council. A further risk assessment and interview will be carried out at service.

Staff available during office hours, Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm, Fri 9am-12.30pm. Out of hours emergency telephone cover. Lone worker Hostel Manager on site who has to provide a minimum of 10 hours housing related support per week in total. Hostel Manager also deals with all housing management.
