Who do we help?
Male or female 18 plus with complex needs ranging from offending behaviour, substance mis-use, homeless, mental or physical health problems. Referrals are assessed on a needs and locality basis.
Tier 1 - Local connection to East Lancashire
Tier 2 – Lancashire (excluding Blackburn and Blackpool)
Tier 3 – Nationwide (including Blackburn and Blackpool).Can accept people with dogs.

Referrals will be accepted if the risk presented is deemed manageable.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Referrals are made via your local housing needs department so locality connection can be assessed.
Referral procedure
A referral can be made anytime via your local housing needs department at your local council. A referral form is required to be completed fully.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
8 full time key-workers, along with 2 weekend key-workers, 1 Health and Wellbeing Officer and 4 Night Concierge staff. The project is staffed 24/7.
Key-work sessions are held as often as necessary dependant on need. A minimum of 1 session per week. Support offered is what is deemed necessary ranging from benefits, GP, mental health referral, dentist, counselling referral, substance misuse support and referrals, harm reduction, life skills, housing and move on.
