Services offered

Our Housing Advice service offers free, confidential advice to anyone with a housing-related issue including private sector tenants, housing association tenants, council tenants, owner-occupiers, landlords, homeless people, Illegal eviction and harassment. The Housing Advice Service also manages the Home-Link choice based lettings system.

Phone or self refer on-line at www.cambridge.gov.uk/get-help-to-avoid-becoming-homeless. For out of hours emergencies, call - 0330 053 8109. Appointments: Mandela House is open for appointments only, from Wednesday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm Telephone: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm
