Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time staff and 4 full time volunteers manage 2 hostels. Volunteers provide some support in the mornings and early evenings as well as sleep-in cover and staff are available for emergency on-call outside office hours. Monday-Friday staff provide basic support, including help with completing forms and cooking and will refer to external drug, alcohol and mental health services if needed. Staff meets with residents regularly and they must agree to meet up with our Meaningful Activity Coordinator to look at training and volunteering.
