How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from any agency. All referrals must go through Broxbourne Housing Needs section.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Unless going to private rent or be housed by referrer, all applications need to be completed by Housing Needs and prospective resident prior to interview. Require proof of ID.

Support offered
Staffed 24 hrs, 2 full time and 6 part time staff, sleep-in cover. Keywork system (average 4 residents per key worker), with weekly-monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around life skills, budgeting, drug and health awareness, and help with accessing education, training and employment. There is one crash pad room where homeless residents age 16 to 18 are referred by Herts Young Homeless and funded by HCC
