Young single homeless people aged 16-25 with support needs, including care leavers. Can accommodate 6 single parents with children. Priority given to applicants with a local connection to the North Herts area.

Support offered
2 full time and 6 part time staff on-site Mon-Fri 10am-4pm at Sun Street; Jubilee House has almost 24/7 cover. Keywork system, weekly-monthly meetings. 3 month reviews. Staff help with independent living skills, budgeting, dealing with conflict, sustaining a tenancy.

Jubilee House consists of 3 bedroom flats with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities. Sun street are self-contained flats with communal facilities.
