Support and accommodation

Support offered

2 full time and 6 part time staff, available daily. Keywork system (4 residents per key worker), weekly-monthly meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support around independent living skills, benefits, drug and health awareness, access to education and training services. Regular residents' meetings.
