Who do we help?

Young single homeless people 16-25 with support needs. Must have local connection at some point to Dacorum Borough Council area of 10 years or family/siblings have resided for a total of 10 years. Must be in, or prepared to engage with education, employment or training.

How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referral procedure

Phone, email or call in for referral form Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Interview with support needs and risk assessments.

Support offered

2 full time and 5 part-time staff on-site 7am-11pm, sleep-in cover 11pm-8am. Keywork system (5 residents max per worker but varies), weekly keywork meetings. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed monthly. Staff provide support with independent living skills and help with accessing education, employment and training.
