How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals come through Supported Housing Provisional Allocations (SPA) group.

Referral procedure

Referrals discussed at weekly SPA meeting held at municipal offices every Tuesday afternoon.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

Emergency on-call system. Keywork system, with weekly meetings on-site. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff help with independent living skills, accessing specialist services, healthy living and legal issues. In-house training provided for those that are NEET to cover health and wellbeing.
