Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.

Referrals submitted to Cheltenham First Stop for allocation within the weekly Start meeting.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

5 full time and sessional workers. Sleep-in staff midnight-8am, emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly meetings. Support and development plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed regularly. Staff help with independent living skills, accessing specialist services, healthy living and legal issues. In-house training provided for those that are NEET to cover health and wellbeing.
