How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals from LB Barnet. Do not accept self referrals.

Referral procedure

Present to LB Barnet as Homeless for a housing assessment and to discuss applicant's eligibility. If applicant is suitable, LB Barnet will complete a referral and arrange a service assessment.

Support offered

Support is offered under Centrepoint's support model, which supports residents to manage their home, improve their well being and access education and employment opportunities. key worker is assigned to every young person to provide support with tenancy and welfare issues. Action plans with agreed outcomes. Staff help residents find work or appropriate training and provide emotional support.
