All referrals must come through Wandsworth social services services, housing options teams or the local health authority.

Service is staffed 9am to 8pm Tuesday to Friday and 9-5pm on Mondays and Saturdays – there are staff on site overnight, or on bank holidays but Centrepoint has a 24 hour on call service to give young people support out of hours. The service has 2 x full time support workers and a manager.
