Young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or in housing need and who are engaged in employment, training or education. Must have independent living skills and a City of Westminster connection.

All referrals via Westminster Young Persons' Pathway.

Referral procedure

Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm to check if waiting list is open. Anyone who meets selection criteria will be interviewed.

Support offered

Staff wrok 9 - 5 Monday - Friday with waking night cover in place. Keywork system with monthly keywork sessions or more frequently if needed. Action plans with agreed outcomes and risk assessments, reviewed monthly. Residents are expected to be in work, education/training, or to be actively seeking work or training. Residents have access to all Centrepoint service providers such as Health and ETE..
