Support offered

4 staff available 8am-10pm, waking night cover. Compulsory keywork system, weekly-monthly meetings. Individual needs assessment. Support and development plan, reviewed monthly, covers personal development, independent living skills and links with external services. Staff offer advice on benefits, life skills, employment and training. On-site learning and development worker.
