How to get a referral

Referral agencies

All referrals must come through Wandsworth socials services, housing options teams. Or the local health authority.

Support offered

24 hr support available through 2.5 support staff, 2x waking night staff and a deputy manager on site. Centrepoint also has a skills and employability team, health team, and engagement team who can support around health, education, employment, healthy living and engaging with sports and activities.
