Need profile of young person prior to interview, together with risk assessment and allocated social worker's contact details.

Support and accommodation

Support offered

4 staff available 8am-10pm, waking night cover. Compulsory keywork system with weekly-monthly meetings. Individual needs assessment. Support and development plan, reviewed monthly, covers personal development, independent living skills and links with external services. Staff offer advice on benefits, life skills, employment and training. On-site learning and development worker.
