How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept self referrals and referrals from any agency.
Referral procedure
Phone Mon-Fri 9am-5pm for guidance on how to refer. All referrals need to complete and submit a Dudley Gateway referral form. Applicants will go through an assessment process before a decision is made to whether they meet the criteria for the service. Applicants are housed on a priority need basis.

Support offered
Concierge provides night cover. Youth Mentors work on a one to one basis with young people to develop support plans and work towards achieving their goals. Staff support with developing independent living skills, budgeting skills, life skills, being involved in local decision making and the wider community. Agencies provide services too including; numerous Training agencies, CAB, Top Church Training, GreenSquareAccord, Just Straight Talk and Black Country YMCA.
