How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Prioritise referrals from Housing Advice Centre and The Gateway, then accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, as long as they are on Gateway system.

Support offered
5 full time support staff available Mon-Fri, 24 hour waking cover. key worker system (8 residents per key worker), with meetings at least monthly. Action plans with agreed outcomes, reviewed quarterly. Staff provide support around independent living skills and resettlement.
