How to get a referral

Referral agencies

Prioritise referrals from Housing Advice Centre and The Gateway, then accept self referrals and referrals from any agency, as long as they are on Gateway system.

Support offered

Support staff available Mon-Sun, 24 hour waking cover. Allocated key worker with support meetings, reviewed action plans with agreed outcomes. Staff provide holistic support to best meet the needs of the individual residing at the project.
