How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Accept referrals from any agency. Accept referrals direct from prison.
Referral procedure
Potential residents must be referred to this service by a professional agency. Alternatively ring Durham County Council’s Housing Solutions Team to refer people experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness:

Staff provide person centred support to help residents with money management, positive health, wellbeing and engagement. Working in partnership with local agencies and services, staff promote activities, engagement with substance misuse and mental health services and residents have access to an Asset Coach.
