Referral agencies

All referrals go through a Single Access Point (SAP@york.gov.uk), phone 01904 554095.

Referral procedure

Support and accommodation


Support offered

14 full time and 3 part time staff, 4 volunteers, 24 hour waking cover. Key work system (10-11 residents per worker), daily meetings. Support plans, reviewed every 3 months. Support includes help with money management, independent living skills, social skills, developing self esteem and accessing training and/or employment opportunities. Support by signposting to external agencies for support with drug and alcohol issues, mental and physical health.
