Who is the project for?
Who do we help?
Single young people between 18-25 with support needs who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. This includes care leavers, those who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and young people with mild to moderate mental health issues. Applicants must have a local connection to the LB of Enfield and access to public funds.
Who we cannot help
People with a history of arson, serious violence and sex offending. People who do not have an income.

How to get a referral
Referral agencies
Referrals to the service are accepted from statutory and voluntary sector services. Self-referrals are also accepted.
Referral procedure
Contact 02088877971 Monday to Friday between 9am-5pm, or email YoungPeopleReferrals@christianaction.org.uk. Agency or applicant to complete referral screening form and applicant invited to an interview assessment if eligible. Placements are currently available.

Support and accommodation
Support offered
3 full time Youth Coaches on-site at each service between 8am-10pm, Security Officers on site between 10pm-8am, and emergency on-call system. Keywork system with weekly/fortnightly or monthly meetings depending on support need. Support plans with agreed outcomes reviewed on a 3-6 month basis. Support offered across several areas including employment, education and training, independent living, mental health and wellbeing, financial skills, practical life skills and referrals to specialise services.
